A hunter from Mount Tanba butchers a wild boar!
The Tabayama Beast Festival will be held in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo on Tuesday, February 11th (national holiday).
At the venue, a hunter from Mt. Tanba will butcher a wild boar while sharing stories about hunting! Not only will you be able to hear some interesting stories that only an active fisherman can tell, but you should also be sure to watch him skillfully butcher the animal.

Gibier from chefs in the Fukagawa area
In addition to the butchering show, chefs from the Fukagawa area will be showing off their skills in game dishes, mainly using meat from Mount Tanba.
