Winner of the Morisawa Type Design Competition 2016 Morisawa Award, Japanese Section Gold Prize!!

The original font "Shimanami" that Matsumura submitted won the Morisawa Award in the Japanese section of the Morisawa Type Design Competition 2016. It also won the Akashi Award, making it a double win.
