An exhibition of the characters school run by typeface designer Osamu Toriumi, of which member Matsumura is a member, will be held.
It took a year to create the Ming style kana font.
This is an exhibition that anyone with an interest in letters or who uses fonts should see.
Matsumura created a typeface called "Shimanami" with the concept of an urban font.
We aimed to create a traditional Mincho font that retains the feel of hand-written calligraphy and can be used for both headings and body text.
In addition to the display of typefaces by 14 students, files showing the production process will also be on display. A booklet of the works will also be available.
There will also be a talk event on the first day. (Application required * Registration is now full.)

Time: 12:00-19:00 (until 15:00 on the first day, until 17:00 on the last day)
