I had the opportunity to go to Shodoshima to help set up the exhibition "Letter to Letter: Letters are Diverse and Beautiful" and to attend the opening.
Enjoy sightseeing at the same time. Shodoshima is a tranquil and beautiful island in the Seto Inland Sea that has been used as a location for many movies and TV dramas.
In addition to Shodoshima, other islands in the Seto Inland Sea, such as Naoshima and Teshima, have many art facilities and are full of things to see.
I'd also like to go to the Setouchi Triennale, which is held every three years.
- Part of the exhibition hall, "Sagahon"
- The exhibition hall and Mr. Koga Hirano
- View from Kankakei
- Tour of Yamaroku Soy Sauce's mash warehouse
- Nakabuan's fresh somen noodles are the No. 1 gourmet food of this trip!
- Nakayama Senmaida rice terraces and cosmos
- The calm Seto Inland Sea and the super moon at dawn
- Angel Road, a sandy road that appears from the sea at low tide
- Souvenirs from Shodoshima: Yamaroku Soy Sauce's Tsurusho and ponzu sauce, Namikado's Goen salt, Shodoshima somen noodles, and olive oil.
